Delicious. A Friday afternoon with friends — 6 months ago
Previous bottle tasted a year ago in September 2024. Mid lemon in colour. Aromatics of struck match, white flowers, lemon and sea spray. Hasn’t got the delicious ripe fruit I am used to with Australian Chardonnay but it does have its charm and attraction in a more mineral restrained style. — 9 months ago

Better. Still on the lean side but none less beautiful. Clean. Pure. — 3 months ago
Merry Christmas!!
375ml. Translucent dark gold color with subtle orange hues. Beeswax, honeysuckle, and butterscotch on the nose. Past prime but I like it and maybe this is how it’s supposed to be. Gets better with air. Nice depth and a long finish. — 5 months ago
Earthy Pinot with forest floor notes and cherry or cranberry flavors. Nice balance. — 8 months ago
One of my favorites in the Jobard range — 5 months ago
Lemon Yellow in colour. Aromatics of citrus, apple and white daisies (Barb). Very delicate on the palate with those aromatics of citrus and apple coming through with minerality. A touch of salinity to finish off. Like most PYCM bottles this is way too heavy. — 7 months ago

Leaves my palate with the feeling of underwhelmed. Clean, pure, beautiful but want more from my WB’s. — 3 months ago
