Noticable SO2 similar German Rieslings for example jumps from the glass, then citrus-saline appears. Great tension, cut and length for this 1er. Next day more lemon verbena with some tropical notes; more weight. Aeration helps as PYCM bottles with lots of sulphur dioxide to protect the wine.
