Pretty rose gold color, interesting blend of Grenache, Mouved, and Counnoise (which I have never heard of). Fresh floral notes and red fruits on the nose, healthy acid, citrus. Little bit of bitterness on medium length/complexity finish. Very drinkable, though not remarkable. — 8 years ago

Mid Ruby turning tawny. Spicy perfume, a hint of violet, and with time notes of Rhubarb. On the palate easy power and intensity with red cherry and plum flavours. I have always enjoyed this Pinot Noir from when I first tasted it at a restaurant in Canberra 7 or so years ago. — 5 years ago

What a consistent build Mark has fashioned with his CF. His delicate approach creates a very aromatic and feminine style – beautiful on the nose and lively on the palate. Wonderful acidity and juicy mouth becomes very poetic and sensual with you lighter fare. — 7 years ago

Excellent examples of wines PERFECT for pairing with food. They specialize in making a wine that is beautifully complex and layered, but when paired with dishes that focus in on 2 or 3 good ingredients, is an ingredient you realize, "Wow, I can't this with out it".
