Gorgeous bottle of ruby red shades and intense aromatics featuring vanilla, spices, rose petals, and nuts. Quite complex. Great medium+ body and strong acidic structure but with a refined weight and balance, it’s not overpowering but has a lot of character. Really good lingering finish. — 7 months ago
Great tasting wine!!! — 7 months ago
Perfect drinking of 2016 vintage in early 2025. Lots of red fruit and good body. $17. — 9 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of three days. Best on Day 1 and 2. The 2017 Inferno, Fiamme Antiche pours a deep garnet color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and tart fruit: Morello cherry, roses, espresso, leather, alpine herbs and granitic earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Elegant and ever so lovely. Drink now through 2037. Only 6,206 bottles produced. — 4 months ago
light floral/citrus nose. Balanced acidity with melon tangerine & slight minerality. Very refreshing. — 6 months ago
Great balance of acidity, minerality and chalkiness that showcases terroir of Cotes de Blancs (specifically wine comes from Le Mesnil sur Oger and Lea Chetillions). Lemon zest, freshly baked bread toast and long, dry finish. — 8 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2006 Juliet pours a deep garnet/purple with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is vinous with notes of ripe and desiccated dark fruits: cassis, blackberries, plums, tobacco, leather, mixed dead flowers, old wood, organic earth and fine warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin (integrated) and medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+ with an attractive, plush texture. This is in a really good spot and fully mature. Drink now through 2031. — 4 months ago
Faint fuscia and apricot on the nose, fruity on the palate. Medium full body. Delightful. — 6 months ago

Wonderful aromatics and texture as usual for Fourrier. The 2018 vintage is a bit more closed than I expected. Pomegranate, cherries, hint of musk, white pepper on the nose. Great structure, salinity, energy and balance on the palate. Long finish. Grand cru quality stuff from Fourrier - punching above it’s weight. — 3 years ago
