Lovely nose of ripe pear, honey, cake frosting. Pretty easy to sip - round, toasty, decent acidity, slight pleasant bitterness, fresh enough but age showing nicely. — a year ago
Vintage 2016 / we all recognise that it is sometimes a sidedish of a sauce that determines what to drink. For me it was a spicy quinces chutney that made I chose gewurztraminer, fresh, lychees in smell, wel balanced taste. / Paired with meatballs and quinces chutney, Munstercheese afterwards Wednesday Meatballsday (10) — 6 years ago
Nose is minty and spicey. Palate is deep and rich with terrific mineral spine and wonderful structure. Ripe but substantial tannin. Nose has notes of ripe plum, peanuts and a saline element. Really good energy and depth. Not the most elegant wine but this has tremendous material and its own grace and charm. This needs air but I really like it. — 7 months ago

Blend of 70% Grenache, 17% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah & 3% Cinsault, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, oak and floral spice. On the palate flavors of black cherry and blackberry with hints of oak, herb spice and floral notes. Wine was complex and elegant with smooth tannins, long fruit and spicy finish. Crisp, dry and clean. Pairs well with food. Good entry-level bubbles. — 6 years ago
The only Champagne in their flight. First time having this producer.
It has gentle, micro bubbles. Soft mousse. Again, a touch sweet. At least for me. Seems more than 9g. It is interesting to me that with all of France’s rather strict wines laws, I have seen extra brut over 6g & brut over 9g.
Full cherries to kirsch quality, strawberries, pomegranate and raspberries. Gentle dry herbal notes, moist, crumbled chalk & limestone, yeast notes, some white spice, sea fossil/spray, crumbled grey volcanics, pink & red roses, pleasant round acidity, nicely polished finish that is more fruit than earth as it sets and lasts 45 seconds to a minute. — 7 months ago

Rosemary, basil, pepper, dried hay, dried violet on the nose. Juicy fresh cherries, ripe blueberries, purple flowers, and stones on the palate. Medium plus acidity, medium (+) tannins. 14.5%. Pronounced concentration and long finish. — 6 years ago
