Great hoppy refreshing beer from the Rockies — 6 years ago
Cause I'm in Maui...pineapple IPA, surf and sandy beach = paradise. — 8 years ago
Simply delicious. Great balance of sourness and tart raspberry. — 8 years ago
Tasted blind, from magnum. Old dark ruby color. Amber rims. Notes of black cherry, spice, earth and something like pencil lead. Ok in the mouth, refined, but lacking energy. With the meal this was enjoyable but was somewhat sleepy all night. Likely at peak and given the magnum format, it's time to drink up 750s. Guessed 62 Latour. — 6 years ago
Big hype about this beer, as is "Hop Slam" this one much easy to get, in fact, in CA you can get in many places all the time, price is reasonable too, just check the bottled or canned on dates since it travels far, solid IPA, really nothing new or different, just done very well in the style, if you like your IPA's balanced between malt and hops, like Dogfish then this is perfect fit you, not for me, I prefer the hops be the "Show" but I am not knocking the Beer for that, just I think it is a little over rated — 8 years ago
Good beer, I'd forgotten how it is is. — 8 years ago
Fresh not citric. Malty and clean. Full body unfiltered. — 5 years ago
Nice amber beer. Nice and malty. Reminded me of Yuengling. — 5 years ago
This is amazing! Right up there with Pliny for me. So well balanced and complex. Would love to try one fresh in Maine as the trek to California probably has some negative influence on taste. — 6 years ago
The Guiraud's color always looks so appetizing. Deep amber color. Forward nose of honey, apricot and orange marmalade. Full body with strong acidity that prevents the sweetness from being cloying. The acidity shows a little bit on the long finish. Great. From a half-bottle. — 8 years ago
Lovely Barsac, with deep amber color and unexpected richness. Very nice — 8 years ago

An amazing bottle of wine. No bubbles, light amber color. Lemon fudge creaminess, depth and a comforting weight in paradoxical zero gravity. — 4 years ago
