1996 vintage. Medium amber. Rice pudding on the nose, ambrosia, honey, honey dew melon. On the palate, very similar to the nose. Medium plus acidity, medium body and pronounced flavour concentration. Deep and nutty on the finish. Burned caramel. Excellent.

Nov 21st, 20151996 vintage. Pale Amber hue. Wonderful nose - pineapple, dried apricot, burned match reduction, honey, honey due melon. On the palette, full concentration and body. Medium plus acidity, very rich and textural. Viscous and honeyed. Marvellous length and finish.
