Crisp, wonderful summer wine — 8 years ago
Citrus aroma comes at first but ripe, concentrated, great wine. Mid acidity is well balanced with the richness. In a sense it's not typical Sancerre Sauvignon blanc. Dry. — 8 years ago
Refreshing rose Sancerre with hint if berries, pretty color, lovely summer drink — 9 years ago
Soft, not tart, good minerality, essence of honey, peaches and pears. Not much tart citrus. Not as crisp as I expect from Sauvignon Blanc but was very easy drinking and was nice with pre-Mad Max (!!!!) dinner of scallops with @Anthony Pace. Good summer sipper. #sauvignonblanc #loire #loirevalley #france #bullsofdelectable — 9 years ago
— 9 years ago
Fruity yet very dry rose good with foods particularly with grilled swordfish — 10 years ago

Refreshing. A bit of weight. Good acidity. — 7 years ago
Favorite red of the year, best Pinot Noir ever. After first glass tried to order a case..saddened to learn of its scarcity and high price. But still want to be alerted when it becomes available! Delicious! Extraordinary. Thanks Dad! — 7 years ago
Great berry flavor. Fresh, lovely. Good with figs. From Donna's Brix Six — 8 years ago
Cant find a thing wrong with this. Crisp, light. Holds up nicely against a variety of foods. — 9 years ago

Nice surprise how fresh it is, gun powder, rich boom! — 10 years ago
Developed red with ochre pigment. Cherrystone, rosehippy and briary, some sous bois and earthy aromas. Linear, precise, not too much showy or expressive, reserved, with a good inner balance. A bit too narrow and shallow to be at a good burgundy level but good enough. — 8 years ago
Delicious nose of candied pineapple, apricot and tropical fruit. Rich, creamy and racy on the palate with loads of tropical fruit, citrus and a bright acidic backbone with a nice touch of stone. — 8 years ago
Yum! Bright Granny Smith apple. Clean, pure fruit. Crushed stone. No funkiness. Having with New England chowder. Cuts the cream, yet has enough depth to be more than an accent. — 9 years ago
Lovely Sancere showing complexity from bottle aging. I was looking for more of the classic floral notes of great Sancere. Close but not quite. Still a very lovely bottle of wine. — 9 years ago

Out of all the inexpensive loire roses this year, this pinot noir is probably my favorite. It offers all of that loire funkiness, minerallity and drive but backs it up with ample cherry fruit flavors. Don't think too hard about it... It goes down easy and will be gone before you know it. — 10 years ago
Nice going down. Great nutty aftertaste — 10 years ago

Truly stunning- a complete wine with power and finesse. Bursting with sweet red fruit. Intense minerality. Ample weight without feeling heavy, and a finish that seems to last all day. The delicacy and sweetness of Volnay with the power and structure of Gevrey. Leather, licorice, tobacco, smoke. In a blind tasting this would be hard for me to differentiate from a 1er cru Burgundy. Easily the best Sancerre rouge I’ve had the opportunity to taste. Will age for 15 years or more. Gorgeous wine. — 6 years ago
