Now this is my kind of Chardonnay! Light silvery/gold color. Aromas and flavors of pear, wet slate and green apple. Hints of dried herbs and roasted nuts. High level of minerals on the long finish. paired lovely with quarantine McDonald's kids had for lunch (not so good food which was no surprise), orange soup (mainly sweet potato with chopped fresh green onion) and leek cutlet with pepper sauce.

no wonder chablis is so big in israel and the whole world. simple, tasty and satisfying. especially for it's price. stating the obvious, but still.
