Enjoying a glass at Joseph Adler Inn and I’m quite pleased. Definitely buying a bottle on my next trip. — 7 years ago
Nose: just an overwhelming feeling of freshness. Yellow flowers. Much more dense as this opens. Penetrating.
Palate: sweet minerals. Utterly delicious. Stone fruits. Pure mountain stream. More dense as it opens. Succulent. Juicy. Amazing.
There is a perfection about this. Terrific balance.

Intense red fruit. Smooth, slightly sweet, elegant, fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon. Well-made but lacking any earthiness, gravitas, and complexity. Leave open at least one hour. Quite strong but not overwhelming. — 8 months ago
Fint vitt vin som passar till fisk och hollandaise. Syra som balanseras upp av sötma på ett mycket trevligt sätt. — 7 years ago
Apple, pear, a bit of honey and a bit of chalk. It's simple yet delicious. The palate is less rich than the Schloss Fels number I had yesterday, but the apple/pear notes and the nice acid drive are making it sing. There is a bit of grip in the rear, with almost a phenolic, tannic layer, and a long fruity finish with a bit of a zing to it. No citrusy notes, less richness, more drive. I like it ! Oh and for less than 10 euro retail price. — 7 months ago

What a wine. Nose is rock city. Vivid citrus peel, lemon oil and some wild mint. Some cantaloupe as well. So aromatic and fine. Peach pit and apricot flesh. Man that acid is no joke. So complex, filigreed and nimble. Unreal slate complexity. Truly a wine that detonates on one’s palate but then it’s all silk and architecture. Almost tannic, sappy and dense. Huge dry extract and so much material. Genius. Now the nose gets confectionary. Stunning finesse and sapidity. — 21 days ago
