Hands down, my favorite Cabernet. Shockingly hard to believe, since it comes from Chile and not California or Europe but this was a surprise favorite. Wish I could find it more places! — 7 years ago

Tart berry aroma but smooth finish. Paired with scallops and asparagus but will be great with a meaty dish. — 8 years ago
Excellent #wine very #riberadelduero meets #bordeaux #france meets #spain deep color and very blueberry and violet nose. Very expressive and fine. The texture ont the palate is excuisite and the wine is very enjoyable. Many sensations of a good cognac, maybe better for red meats or on its own. Huge. — 9 years ago

Just as a typical northern Spanish rose, this one has enough tannins and strength to break your teeth. In a good way. — 9 years ago
I’ve had very mixed experiences with wine from the Canary Islands one day they taste delicious and then the next they are on the stinky side which some attribute to the volcanic soil... but this one is definitely one of the best I’ve had. Very Chablis like (immense minerality) with just a little bit of a reductive nose. Delish with chirashi 😋🍣 — 5 years ago
DO Cebreros, which is a new Denominación de Origen in Spain. If I were doing a blind tasting I might think this was a Bourgogne (Burgandy)! Sparkling bright red color, medium clear. Aromatic notes of strawberries and raspberries with smokey vanilla and tobacco undertones. Subtle earthy aromas and flavors of mushroom and slate. The tannins are so elegant, so refined, with a luscious, inviting acidity. Long, finish. This will age and just get better and better. Wow! — 6 years ago
Slight cherry taste - good wine — 7 years ago
Bright and fruity aroma with vanilla and smooth tannins in the first taste. Slight slickness lingers, but no strong finish. Paired well with carbonara. — 8 years ago
