This entry-level Champagne is always nice to begin the evening with.

Medium plus in body with medium plus sized bubbles and high acidity.

Showing citrus, lemons, limes, earth, black pepper, minerals and light yeast.

Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.

Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself or with food.

Nicely balanced and easy drinking.

Very consistent through the years.

12% alcohol by volume.

89 points.

$48.

Champagne House is judged on the quality of its Brut NV. The predominance of Pinot Noir provides structure, typically of a Clicquot, Pinot Meunier adds roundness & Chardonnay adds elegance. Light golden color, complex aromas of stone & citrus fruit & creamy biscuit. Tiny bubbles, light mousse, apple & orange citrus flavors with raspberry notes, good balance. The finish has notes of toasty nutty yeast, clean on the medium+ ending. Ok for a mass produced bubbly!

Great classic. Soft spume and a billion of tiny dancing bubbles. Classic champ yellow color. Intense and satisfying parfume of yeasts, yellow fruits and some warm hints like hazelnut, honey. In the mouth it's not too dry and with an evident dosàge but it's incredibly solid and it leads to a pleasant and intense citrine dimension and a long persistance. Flavours are so solid that it's not easy to drink and enjoy something else after this. The widow wants to be the first lady, as usual. Have a great 2016!

Seriously what is all the fuss? Nothing from this screams Champagne. If anything this is a really good $20 Prosecco at best. Just because they have marketing dollars behind it doesn’t constitute this to be escalated to rock star status. Let the sheeple drink this for their selfie pics, social media hashtag likes and I’ll gladly fork over the $50 this POS costs to buy a bottle of growers.

Hasn’t changed. Shouldn’t change. White stone fruit. Toasty. Nice balance. Easy and fun.

Heading over to Champagne for traditional bubbles. More nutty and bready
More creamy mousse like lemon curd. Can't knock tradition.
