Absolutely beautiful, somewhat reductive but lots of primary fruit notes and still very driven and young.

Rich candied fruits, oxidized apples and candied lemons. Moderate matchstick. Moderate plus acidity defined by unripe starfruit and lemons. Lots of spice and white pepper. Flavors seem to fade pretty quickly and doesn’t seem like a lot left other than acidity. Perhaps a bad bottle or just past its prime?
