Ridiculously great. Mineral, even some lime juicy fruit. Amazing richness on the palate and such purity. Rich but still Aligote a f. Deep and so textured. Long. Not your normal Aligote. Truly great wine.

The solids ferment is frontal, big reductive, struck match tastes that imply Chardonnay not Aligote. It's very bold. .

The 15' Aligotes have been great so far, so I can't not include one of my favourite producers. Delicious, but would decant - the PYCM signature's quite strong in this one. Saline, limey, floral, so rich, but retaining excellent acidity.
