Holiday spice and cran-pom infused with the baked cherry notes. Fuller bodied Pinot the delivers complexity and a hint of char-grilling.

Nice CA Pinot. Hear many good things about the appellation. Need to explore further. Plenty of fruit, nicely balanced with minerals and tannins.

Sipping Fine Wine

Nicky Hahn, grew up speaking German, his native language, the word ‘Hahn’ means rooster, which is why a depiction of this bird has always graced the label of his wines. Aromas of berry fruits and spicy floral notes. On the palate tart raspberry and cherry flavors with herb tea and a touch of pepper spice. Fine soft tannins on lingering finish ending with toasty earthy mineral tones. Nice value.

Some of the best Pinot grapes in California are grown in the Santa Lucia Highlands. I picked this bottle up several weeks ago while shopping. Light and somewhat fruity, I found it very enjoyable!
