150% of the price it was a couple years ago. But still so deserved.

Cab-Merlot-PV. Tomato leaf and licorice salad with tons of blueberries. Med to light bodied. Quite a performance.

Good. Not great. Not as good as other vintages.

New Β£59 Tuscan for me that’s already showing well but another 3-5yrs will reward you more πŸ˜‰

🏡 91-92 points

πŸ‡ 60% Cab S, 30% Merlot & 10% Pet V

🍷 Opaque deep ruby

πŸ‘ƒ Mineral & rocky spiced dark berries & cherry w/ red fruit, mocha, plum & liquorice w/ blackberry smoke coming through & hints of leather

πŸ‘„ Med body of touch dry blackberry & cocoa w/ red cherry, plum & dry minerals

🎯 Med+ dry cherry & blackberry, touch mocha w/ blackcurrant linger

Excellent wine, but very strong. It gets better after breathing for a long time. It’s a Bordeaux blend but in a Super Tuscan style. Well-made, with strong pepper in the start, and leather in the finish. But I am not sure why this wine reflects Maremma, and I prefer something unique, or less expensive.

Way too early but very good potential with 5 years of cellaring.
