Discorged in July 2022, the Rose de Craie from Étienne Calsac consists of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from 1er Cru Vineyards. Medium pink, the bouquet reveals precise notes of rose water, red cherry and plum as well hints of green apple, lime zest and biscuit. Medium bodied and bone-dry, the zesty high acidity gives this Champagne a particularly refreshing character. Drink now until 2025.
