Clos des Briords Cuvée Vieilles Vignes Muscadet Sèvre & Maine Sur Lie Melon de Bourgogne

Pretty and poised. A little one note and flat given the age but it’s a nice note

Lemon, green apple, nectarine, green pear, white pepper, radish, sour beer yeast. Elevated acidity, sour cream on the palate and finish. Phenolic bitterness. 12% abv. Medium intensity, medium+ finish.

Seashells. Mineral, zero fruit. Cheese rind, rich and ripe but terrific acidity. No fruit but nice. Tastes same old and it does young.

Oddly vegetal.

Crispy and dry.
