Delicate red fruits (cranberry , currant , tart cherry) complemented by blood orange, soil tones, and liquid minerals. The palate is fresh and long with lots of dry extract . This rose is so elegant and refined . One of the best young Bolle rose I have tasted.

A stunner. Mouth filling and weightless all at once. Focused and linear but adding layers with air. Better at 55° than 45°. Marmalade croissants. Hard to take a sip without vocalizing how delicious it is.

Pale straw coloration. On the nose, apples and lemon. On the palate, tart citrus, honey, florals, brioche and a very long finish.

Thanks to @Geoff Franz for the pull. Lean and structured at the moment. Needs serious time.

This is an excellent champagne. Does not quite live up to his older cousin the 2012, but still a great bottle. A bit more acidity than the 2012 and if that mellows it could be much better in a few years. Recently stocked up on some more of the 2014 and glad I did.

Medium lemon straw , very fine persistent perlage . Lovely complex nose , honeysuckle, red berry fruits with a touch of citrus zest, baked brown bread , chalky mineral notes also . On the palate quite broad and rich , more dense red berry fruits , citrus peel , meaty as well , slightly toasty notes , long and very detailed on the finish . Long with great tension and bracing mineral , taut acidity . Surprisingly enjoyable now but will be even better in 10 years and will last a decade more .
