2007. Funky & wild. V reductive at first.
After decanting he shifts gear: rose petal, pomegranate, wild cherries and lots of earth. Med+ acid and med bodied but very pronounced flavours. Minute-long finish. Unique, particular, not for everyone but extremely complex. A true #unicornwine. — 7 years ago
