Deep purple hue. Mouthfilling plum, blackberry and raspberry, with some spice/ pepper in there. Not a fruit bomb. There’s nuance here. Had this with grilled porterhouse. Excellent. Finishing it solo- equally good. — 13 days ago
Soft, lots of cherry/ prune. Little sour too. I’ve had this with tomato based dishes and it’s nice. This time I made orriechieti, raab, and chickpeas. ( and a few cherry tomatoes). Went well with it. Enjoyable — 18 days ago
Pizza wine. Easy drinking, fruity with some earthyness. Inexpensive crowd pleaser — 5 days ago
Deep@purple, almost black. Soft, tannins that are well integrated. Little leather, black fruit and a bit of coffee notes. — 9 days ago
Had this with dinner last Friday. Forgot to write it up. Had that typical Carmenere flavor that is so unique. I describe it as sandy and lightly green. Probably not the best description, I know. — 13 days ago
Actually has no Pinot Noir in it. 20% each of Grolleau,Pinot d’Aunis, Gamay, Malbec, and Cab franc. Fragrant and so fresh. Great minerality, perfect for an aperitif on a warm evening. Don’t recall the price but it was nor expensive- under 20. Worth it. — a month ago
Floral, medium- bodied; tasting some lemon, pear, and almond. Not a whole lot of acidity. Very good. — 5 days ago
