Hits all the Pinot Noir marks! Maybe 10 years aged helped too. Rich smooth well balanced flavor pallet with light elegant grape/fruit spice and tart notes, enough tannin end to be real and even reinforce the flavors, and a pleasant earthy aroma when you first lift the glass. First BN! Interesting gummy nose, like old chewed up Wrigleys, violets, strawberries. Light but great acid and surprising amount of structure for the sour cherries and strawberries and floral palate, red apples too. Pretty drinkable stuff. — 5 years ago
