Smokin 🔥 Unctuous, dripping with ripe yellow fruits; ultra ripe honeydew, quince, yellow plum, meyer lemon, poached quince, Asian pear, fines herbs, talcum, taffy, verbena, limestone, wildflower honey. Generous upfront palate, round weighty and full of depth. Gorgeous length, really brings class and finesse to this bottling. — 6 years ago
Biscuits wildflower seaweed on the nose and in the mouth. Not bad but the depth is lacking for this to be really exciting. — 7 years ago
Admittedly the first Sauternes I’ve ever had but I loved this. Honey, marmalade and sultanas, tastes of wildflower honey and corn flake cereal. Long and luxurious on the finish — 7 years ago
Lemon, white Welch's grape, papaya, light kiwi. — 6 years ago

such a mysterious babe!
wildflower, wild honey, lemon, something sharp and herbal that i can’t pinpoint, chamomile and black tea. definite minerality on the nose and taste. — 8 years ago
earthy minerally limestone taste, certainly earthy
clay. Clear vinegar as often seems the case with these earthy ones, not overpower in.
almost a subtle cherry or candied cherry, in the smell which comes through even more in the taste. , floral like wildflower. well balanced and maybe a little on the sweet side. sometimes almost feels dominated by by the sweet cherry notes, but usually nicely balanced. Went well with jura erguel cheese (Swiss raw cow's milk) — 8 years ago
What an interesting wine, caramel color with aromas of peach pit and wildflower honey, really complex, peach marmalade flavor, pretty delicious. The score would be much higher if not so oxidized. Real treat to taste it. — 6 years ago
Very pleasant Sauvignon Blanc, light and dry and not grassy like typical Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs — 6 years ago
Crisp and creamy with notes of baked brioche, caramelized golden apples, wildflower honey, citrus and minerals. — 7 years ago
Opaque honey color. Carbonated, acidic, to the point of starting out like a great cider. Excellent layers of smell and taste, as it calms down in the glass. Wildflower honey, but without the sweet. — 7 years ago
Aromas of wildflower honey, flavors of honey, lavender and sour cherries — 8 years ago
Supremely satisfying. Delicate, wildflower, beeswax. Medium acid — 8 years ago

Mmm love me some mead.
Musky like an orange wine. Honey. Beautiful orange, gold, game of thronesy color. The aesthetics are just spot on. Wildflower.
It’s got that charm and fizz that great, well-balanced sour beers have.
Leads with a strong peach, honey, apricot note that flows into tangerine, and finally a little herbaceous kick of sage to finish.
Extraordinary. As in extra ordinary. — 5 years ago
