Musky like an orange wine. Honey. Beautiful orange, gold, game of thronesy color. The aesthetics are just spot on. Wildflower.

It’s got that charm and fizz that great, well-balanced sour beers have.

Leads with a strong peach, honey, apricot note that flows into tangerine, and finally a little herbaceous kick of sage to finish.

earthy minerally limestone taste, certainly earthy
clay. Clear vinegar as often seems the case with these earthy ones, not overpower in.
almost a subtle cherry or candied cherry, in the smell which comes through even more in the taste. , floral like wildflower. well balanced and maybe a little on the sweet side. sometimes almost feels dominated by by the sweet cherry notes, but usually nicely balanced. Went well with jura erguel cheese (Swiss raw cow's milk) — 8 years ago
