Lean, dry, and sexy. Drinking well — 11 years ago
This is killer, so much fruit overflowing its well appointed frame best wine I've had in a minute. — 11 years ago
Needs to breathe a bit at first, but drinks well. Tastes more expensive than it is. Good red! — 13 years ago
So beautiful and clear in its purpose, titillating on the nose and fulfilling its promises beyond. Balanced and velvety dark red fruit, hints of black tea and cassis but all in a more Old than New World Gestalt. Lots of secondary stuff emerging you just want to sip it slowly. If anybody wonders how well these age, track one down, it’s so worth it. Kudos @Cathy Corison for making this distinctive and enduring bottle! — 8 years ago
2009 drinking well but could use more time down. Great w the lamb!!! — 11 years ago
Fantastic pairing with a bit of Manchego & Mahon quesos. Well on it's way in terms of maturity but has a few more years yet of tantalizing taste buds. — 12 years ago

Finer juicy bitters and chocolate, mint and cooffee grinds , pleasant tannins, drinking well — 9 years ago
Not overly oxidized, still showing well — 10 years ago
The oak has subsided since the last time I've opened a bottle. Black current and blackberry blend well through a nice finish with integrated tannins. — 11 years ago

Dark and rich earth flavors. Very well balanced with good finish. It’s from Livermore not Australia! — 5 years ago
