Almost 2 years since I’ve had this. What a wine. Gorgeous nose of herbal vegetables that are so so fresh. Dynamic mineralIty on the nose with also a hint of fat. Lovely nose. Cherry flowers and spatburgunder. Palate is so fresh. Lovely bright cherry with some depth. Very very Juicy. Mineral. Nice long finish with a hint of licorice. Really really delicious. This is an early ripening variant of Pinot noir. Bought from Fass Selections. Some savory elements starting to come out at 60 minutes. Oh Wow. It’s getting even better. Nose is chambolly.
