Pleasantly surprised by a relatively restrained oak aged Zin with plenty of interesting notes. — 7 months ago
Bright berry flavour, slightly dry finish — 3 years ago
Totally enjoyable. Steamers and salmon. — 6 years ago
Rich, thick, smooth, just yummy!!! A smoky essence that was surprising. Had it with grilled chicken and tomatillo salsa. Divine. would be awesome with a steak or lamb. 8/10/18 — 7 years ago
I’ve waxed (eloquent? Well, at least waxed!! 🤔) about the virtues and quality of this excellent 2020 Zinfandel multiple times, but this wine is still punching well above its weight (the so-called “leftovers” that didn’t make the single vineyard cut), long finish, lovely!! Going to the Bedrock pickup party in Sonoma tomorrow to get some of the 2024s I’ve already purchased, so this is a great warmup!! — 2 months ago
Dark in color. Super fruity on the nose. Blackberry and plumb notes. Peppery, leathery, earthy finish. — 6 months ago

Candied fruit in the nose with blackberry jam, plums and candied fruit in the palate. — 6 months ago
Exceptional Zin! Huge raspberry and vanilla with a spicy finish. Round and full in the mouth with a super nice lingering finish. Going back for a case. — 8 months ago
This is one of my favorite Zins in Lodi! It is rich, and it is jammy... but it is well balanced, and can’t be beat when paired with beef, broccoli and sleeping puppies. — 7 years ago
Excellent typical example of good Aussie Grenache. First impression is 'red Clare Riesling'. Clean with ripe red fruit (strawberry fruit roll-out). White pepper with a little heart. Best with a little chill. #blindtasting #australianwinetasting #yangarra #Grenache — 7 years ago
