70% Zinfandel from Anderson Valley & 30% whole cluster Carignan/Petite Sirah. Pure red and blue fruits, forest floor and bright herbs. — 9 years ago
Very floral, acid, oak and sour cherry on the nose, fruity and slightly effervescent with a smooth tannic finish - funky blend! — 6 years ago
Vinca minor 2017 Mendocino Hawkeye ranch old vine carignan rose. Flowers, strawberries, lemongrass. Just perfect. — 7 years ago
This is big fruit, dark cherry, cocoa, spices, and dried fruit. This will be a great holiday wine. Especially given the 13% Abv for a petite Syrah. — 9 years ago
This'll do nicely. #merlot #happythanksgiving #cheers — 9 years ago
Excellent old vine Carignan. Bright red fruit, earthy. — 6 years ago

Beautiful lighter bodied cab. I get tart cherries and a ton of floral notes, ?linden?. A touch of herbaceous tones. Really well balanced and approachable now. — 9 years ago
Vinca minor babrak vineyard merlot/cab franc. 2014. Just a ton of wet stone, dried cranberries, and pepper. Aftertaste has a jolly rancher cherry quality. Interested to see how this evolves overnight. — 9 years ago
barak heller hayun
had less then 48 hours in bucharest, Romania.
managed a legendary (ok-ish) white blend, one indigenous white glass and one indigenous red glass.
all was nice but nothing to write home about.
managed to grab a bottle of this cheapo pinot noir pet nat rose at the airport for an unfair price(10 euro which is 30% more then easily found price in a simple internet search)
11% ABV
pale pink with tiny bubbles. 👀
mostly bread crumbs, lemon and cherry👃
medium minus body.
high bright acidity.
a bit of funk with lemon, pear and those sour cherries again 👄
light 🎯
not too bad. balanced but not exciting.
not as good as an israely pet nat rose i had not so while ago, but that was more than double the Price.
but it's quaffable bubbles and doesn't get in your way.
excellent vfm. ridiculous price (about 25 nis).
had it with ordinary 🍕 hut ordered for the kids.
they got along but i see no future for them. — 6 years ago
