Vinca Minor bubbly/bubbly 2020 nouveau with Carignan and Sauvignon blanc. A lot of similar flavors to his rose although has that fermented grape juice flavor of nouveau. Best Carignan I’ve had. So drinkable but great complexity, excellent with food or without. Some cherries, anise, hint of cream, brick/dirt, good tannin. Probably has a lot of time in the bottle to age. — 5 years ago

managed a legendary (ok-ish) white blend, one indigenous white glass and one indigenous red glass.
all was nice but nothing to write home about.

managed to grab a bottle of this cheapo pinot noir pet nat rose at the airport for an unfair price(10 euro which is 30% more then easily found price in a simple internet search)

mostly bread crumbs, lemon and cherry👃

medium minus body.
high bright acidity.

a bit of funk with lemon, pear and those sour cherries again 👄

not too bad. balanced but not exciting.
not as good as an israely pet nat rose i had not so while ago, but that was more than double the Price.

but it's quaffable bubbles and doesn't get in your way.

excellent vfm. ridiculous price (about 25 nis).

had it with ordinary 🍕 hut ordered for the kids.

This is soil, grape, and sun, coombsville merlot. A product of vinca minor winery. So young! I opened at 2 pm and now it is opening up 4 hours later. I get flowers and herbs on the nose. Also raisins. Palate is nice merlot with cassis, herbs, red berries, and just the slightest cedar box. Lovely. — 5 years ago
