A most excellent and refreshing lightly fizzy #vinoverde that’s the fruitier side of off-dry. It find it best really well chilled - grapefruit, passion fruit and a pleasing acidity offset by that fizz. It paired well with an heirloom tomato panzanella salad. — 7 years ago

This has developed a bit more complexity on the nose since my last taste a year ago. Red cherry and blackberry followed by incense, black tea, vanilla, and a bit forest floor and hint of smoked meat, then the lovely cherry note resurfaced.
