A go-to red for me from the Douro DO of Portugal. Benefits from a 2-hour decant. Comes in at only $8. The winery name, Vila Regia, means "royal town", and was a designation given to towns founded by the Kings of Portugal.

Wow. $8. This is a fairly decent Douro and a steal at < $15 let alone <$10. Med-full with good length and med tannins.
