Surprise! Was poked in 2016 and it’s still drinking nicely. Lean more muscular but interesting profile of Pinot that mashes you think about it — 5 months ago
Surprisingly precotious, with aromas of hazelnuts and drying fruit. A sense of oak with a little hint of vanilla, perhaps telling of a bit of new oak in the mix. Quite big bodied, high acidity and a smooth texture. Two years on the lees, long finish. — 4 years ago
Wonderful, beautiful Pinot from the Chablis region. Drinks like a cooler region Pinot - fruity, light-med body, smooth, low-med tannins, nice acid. Could age a bit longer still. — 5 years ago

Best wine on Christmas Eve. Such great balance. Tons of fruit and earth and minerals and goodness. Great with food. — 5 months ago
