Nice Pinot noir goes well with Lochinvar Salmon — 4 years ago
Wonderful, beautiful Pinot from the Chablis region. Drinks like a cooler region Pinot - fruity, light-med body, smooth, low-med tannins, nice acid. Could age a bit longer still. — 5 years ago

2022 earthy, Hass selection Olivier — 10 months ago
Surprisingly precotious, with aromas of hazelnuts and drying fruit. A sense of oak with a little hint of vanilla, perhaps telling of a bit of new oak in the mix. Quite big bodied, high acidity and a smooth texture. Two years on the lees, long finish. — 4 years ago

Over the hill. Not undrinkable, but not as intended. Tough to describe and better with food.
Revising up it’s getting better or I’m assimilating to it. Might need like a 3hr decant :) — 5 months ago
