@Delectable this is the Submarine Canyon arroyo Seco Pinot Noir. Silky texture and beautifully lifted palate of raspberry, pomegranate and subtle hints of fall leaves. Nose is a bit earthier with some stemy notes laying over the same red fruit as the palate. Overall a very pretty pinot. — 2 years ago

Tertiary flavours like leather, tobacco and some smokiness develop after decanting for a while. Paired with grilled chicken; white tuna tomato salad; smoked sardine; fish soup for lunch.
