Celery and slightly bitter for a Chardonnay. We love it. — 10 years ago
Heavenly Pet Nat! So amazing it was worth signing Justin Bieber karaoke to get a glass from our manager. Hazy, light bubbles, taste resembled a Provençal rosé. Good job #macarivineyard — 10 years ago
Very impressed. — 11 years ago
Softer, rounder and long. Acid lower and fruit riper than other vintages. Not as much secondary flavours as you would expect for the age. — 11 years ago
Crisp and refreshing... Fantastic! — 11 years ago
Really good. Tasted better a hour after opening. Need to stock up — 12 years ago

Apricot, Bosc pear, chamomile, mango, spice // less complex and full-bodied than the usual Friulian suspects (but also a fraction of the price) // another impressive indication of what LI wines can do, and where they might be going. . . 🚨 — 7 years ago
This took the win when tasted blind against the 2013 Gold Label. — 10 years ago

A nice respite from the renovating. — 10 years ago
Served at Obama's 2nd Inaugural dinner. Thank you Hilary & Michael Ervin!!! — 11 years ago
Lenz 2009 Gewürztraminer is a terrific wine. Lychee on the nose, spicy palate, finishes dead dry. Great American Gewurz, bravo to the Lenz team on the North Fork for producing an Alsatian quality, food friendly wine. — 11 years ago
Awesome with lamb chops. — 11 years ago
Super bubbly and dry but fruity! — 13 years ago
This Long Island white wine does not smell/taste like a traditional Viognier. (No floral nose for example). That being said, this is still a pretty good wine.
Apple, apricot and peach aromas and flavors with a hint of limestone. Great acidity. Not what I expected, but.... — 8 years ago
Drank at tony and Andreas's — 8 years ago
Really wonderful. Sad the estate is gone, so I hear? — 9 years ago
Drinking well. 2001 vintage. — 10 years ago
Paired well with swordfish, asparagus and mushrooms! I bought it since it was a product of Argentina and it is wonderful! — 10 years ago
Differently delicious — 10 years ago
Full body but light on the palate. Shiny new with a slight chalky spice in the back palate. Front palate is a sour plum skin. Let it breathe. Not expecting this from Long Island. Already planning a day trip. — 11 years ago
Definition of refreshing!
Nose: Stone fruit, minerals, lemon grass
Notes: same with a hint a pineapple and orange peel.
All around impressive Sav Blanc, can't believe I waited this long to try it. — 11 years ago
