100 % mourvedre grape, whole grapes are fermented for 10 days in open tanks, then pressed and directly matured in oak barrels. No yeast added, pure ambient fermentation. 100% malolactic fermentation.
Wild and untamed one, spicy (cinnamon, Pepper), earthy.

Skin macerated wine (8 days) from Swartland, West Cape. Floral and spicy, macis! And bit sandy character and well balanced tannins.

Consistently delicious bubbles. Aye, it's a bit sweet. But combined with good acidity, it makes a friendly wine to drink with or without food. Easy to understand and easy to enjoy.
