At Gramercy Tavern in NYC. Popped and poured. Bright ruby. Beautiful nose with ripe briary red berry fruit and Asian spice. Expresses the Vosne appellation well. Good intensity in the mouth. Med plus finish. Like this a lot. — 10 years ago
French Chardonnay with more mineral than oak but still a tad of the latter. Much more minerals than a California version. — 10 years ago
A delightfully balanced white burgundy. Another great recommendation from our friends at Rayr in Rockport, Maine. — 11 years ago

Continue to be impressed with what I’ve had from Pataille. This has very nice aromatics, and a complex and deep flavor profile. Minerally with a long finish. Medium / full body. Delicious. — 8 years ago

No. 2 in the Vosne Romanee bracket. Some spirity oak notes. A sweetness to the palate with drying fine Tannins. Re- tasting:- Not quite up to the others in this bracket in terms of weight. A little alcoholic and clumsy in this company. My least pointed at 95 points but still a Gold Medal! — 8 years ago
