I didn't much like the phrasing, in regards to a group of shredders traversing the Mentawai Islands, but our publisher was all about it and it worked out well in the end. Very Oceanic olfactory profile for a land-locked Bourgogne. Ocean surf and shrimp skins, lemon and light butter on sole, lime and green onion membrane.
