Dark berries, fruity with spice at finish. Had 2012 — 9 years ago
The nose was so deceptive compared to the palate. Massive fruit on the nose, but the taste was earthy and balanced. — 10 years ago
On the other hand...singing at this point. Restrained yet present. Lovely light body with interesting tannic note was mistaken for neb by one guest. Paired great with 14 lb slow roasted fresh ham. — 10 years ago

I loved this. Drank it warm, well cellar temp. Medium bodied with layers of honey and citrus. I would compare this to the Alban Estate or the Lillian which are both outstanding. Maybe not quite as successful as these wines. Flavors not quite as well integrated or polished. Still a super imteresting wine. — 6 years ago
Really opened up the next day. I bet this would cellar very well. — 7 years ago
A pleasant blend of fresh cracked pepper, dried oak and bing cherries on the nose. Sweet cherry, earth palate and dark prune on the finish. Really friggin' good wine. — 9 years ago

Profile of a warmer picking. Pretty layered aromatics of perfumed dark fruits and spice. Mouth is also led by spicy fruit and finishes nicely with restrained earthy minerals. Fully concentrated but medium bodied. Enjoyed with my favorite spring dinner - lamb leg, morels, and peas. — 6 years ago
