Had to get it again to share. So good for how inexpensive it is — 8 years ago
Stewed blueberries and funk. It's a dog drink dog world out there. — 9 years ago
Very good moscato for the price! — 10 years ago
Medium red with garnet and slight amber at the rim. Developed and savory nose of stewed cranberries, sweet tamari, sweet leather and tobacco, dried cherries, dried roses, extremely ripe stewed bell pepper, pronounced dog fur / animal notes. Richer on the finish than I'd expect from Chinon. Long and savory. Like an elegant bordeaux without overt oak. — 10 years ago
Anniversary memory wine!! — 11 years ago
Very nice Mataro - still quite young though, and would drink much better with a few more years in the bottle — 11 years ago
99 las cases. In an amazing spot right now. I love these ripe Bordeaux with age. All the usual scents- cedar, lead pencil, Leather, tobacco. Awesome stuff. Great drinker right now. — 13 years ago
The 2010 Mouton is one of the most delicious and extraordinary wines I've ever tasted. It is utterly beguiling in its intensity and complexity. Sipping a glass will reveal more and more layers over time. It was a little difficult to wrap my head around it initially. Everything is in perfect balance. Purely exquisite. (Interestingly, the label is by Jeff Koons whose Balloon Dog (Orange) just had its record beaten by Hockney (2014 vintage Mouton)'s Pool as the most expensive artwork by a leaving artist.) — 7 years ago
Bière IPA assez forte à 8.3. Des notes épicées et un goût assez intéressant — 9 years ago
In it's sweet spot right now, with definite 5-8 years more aging potential — 10 years ago
More fruity than I was expecting, but still enjoyable and one I'll buy again. — 10 years ago

Dog Point Pinot Noir 2012 — 11 years ago
Time for some first growth. This 1970 is a very good spot. Properly aged and goes great with the razor clams at oenotri. Hello über. — 11 years ago
Cigars and ripe red cherries on the nose. Red apples from the Wizard of Oz trees and smoked bing cherry on the palate. Click your heels, Toto. We’re not in Kansas anymore. Grab your broomstick and take flight with this delightful berry manifestation. Or take shelter. This berry hurricane is headed straight for your mouth. — 7 years ago
On the nose, sweet & sour fruits with a touch of barnyard and fresh red flowers.
The body is medium to full. The fruits are gloriously ripe & slightly candied liqueured. Blackberries, dark plum, dark cherries, strawberries & strawberries. Touch of pyrazines. Ground powdery limestone, leather, soft graphite, dry herbs, dry stems, used leather, cedar, fresh tobacco, cigar ash, cherry cola, black turned earth with bright red florals. Great acidity and a well balanced finish that lasts minutes. It’s in a great spot and will continue to improve for another 8-10 years. — 7 years ago
Well done Michael. A fairly priced, beauty. I should have ordered more! — 9 years ago
