Strawberry, raspberry, limes. — a year ago
Ripe red and black cherry aromas with underlying earthy/herbal notes, lots of tart acidity, balanced by the cherry fruitiness and a bit of body. Medium tannins come through at the end for a long finish. (Note: blend of Sangiovese, Cab Sauv, Syrah, Petit Verdot) — 3 years ago

Lovely Pinot, but nothing out of the ordinary — 4 years ago
Wow, super green fruit and prominent vegetal notes on the nose. Serious forest floor, almost like licorice or black olives. The palate is similar, silky, with ripe, sharp plums and red fruits, a nice acidity that is well integrated, not sharp, and similar block olive, moss, mushroom and vegetal notes you see in the finest burgundies, with some light florals dancing along a reasonably long finish. Definitely a finer wine than they’re given credit for. — 6 months ago
Black Star Farms ‘Arcturos’ Dry Riesling 2019: Light acidity. Bright fruit. Clean & refreshing taste. Apple. Pear. Apricot. Citrus. Stone. Crisp, off-dry finish. All in all, a beautiful & surprising Riesling from the great state of Michigan. So surprised I had to bring back to my hotel room! Happy Sunday! Cheers🍷 — 3 years ago
