2010 vintage opened on 10/31/2017 LOTS of currant on the end, earthy, rich well rounded. Worth the wait — 8 years ago
Wow what a wine! Yet again the Insignia delivers a proprietary blend that is consistent with their long past time of creating one of Napa Valley’s elite Bordeaux style blends. The intensity, complexity and balance that is delivered every vintage is why this wine year in and year out receives top marks. The 2014 has a dense, opaque ruby red core. The bouquet is intense and concentrated with a wide array of flavors including, ripe black and red berries, red cassis, fresh cooking herbs, freshly cut violets and a soft note of rocky earth. The palate is powerful, complex and persistent with structured yet silky tannins. The mouth feel is juicy with a refreshing balance that offer up a long finish. Tasting the wine two separate times you will definitely want to open it up and let it breath or decant for 1-2 hours to get maximum enjoyment from this bottling. Drink Now- 2035. — 8 years ago
The French do merlot blends right. Not too gluey. — 9 years ago
Digging it. The nose draws you in with breakfast country ham and cherry syrup. Honestly, feels like I’m driving up to a Denny’s. However, “old world” notes of forest floor - pine tree bark, dry leaves, and wood chips - develop. Acidity stays relevant, but doesn’t kick your ass. This is why I love Willamette; good fruit, but not boring and extracted. — 8 years ago
One of the best South American blends I have had! Nice velvety bouquet. Hints of tobacco and licorice. Allow some time to open up! — 8 years ago
$18. Bought it based on a F&W best red blends article. Nice spice, good depth. — 9 years ago
I'm not one for red blends, but this one is fantastic — 9 years ago
Fruit-forward Merlot-based blend with a shallow of tannins and acid. Dark, staining magenta with some sediment, nose sees muted cherries, palette is strong with jammy raspberries/cherries, long aftertaste. Not usually a big Merlot fan, but this Delille blend has enough heft and tannins to stand along side WA cab-based blends. — 7 years ago
08’ Peter Michael Les Pavots. Very few wines that have elegance & power. Silky textures that caress the palate. No holes or slack in this. Drinking very close to a pop & pour . Don’t think you can go wrong with anything they have made in the last 15 years. Pure enjoyment! It’s a coin flip between the 2008 & 2009 at this particular point. I’m so surprised this wine isn’t year after year a top 💯 wine. Drinking now. Edit - 2009 - One of the best California blends from that vintage! — 8 years ago
One of the best Zin blends I have had to date! Smooth and jammy with a soft finish. Love it — 8 years ago
This is one of my new favorite Red blends! Spendy at about $31 a bottle, but worth it! — 9 years ago

Blueberry jam and lavender flowers for ages with a top note of cedar. Mouthwatering acidity and subtle tannins that pick up heft and dryness with time. The first 30min is golden and beautiful, then it starts toughening up. @Morgan Twain-Peterson has done another great job. This is still my favorite of the Bedrock Heritage blends - maybe the coolest Zinfandel site they work with? and a north facing slope — 7 years ago
