The profound 1996 Barolo Capalot Riserva boasts a dense, ruby/purple color, and a pure nose of black cherries, raspberries, and blackberries. Layered and multidimensional, with a sweet mid-palate and a blockbuster finish, this is an immense, full throttle Barolo that should age effortlessly for 15-25 years. Impressive! — 4 years ago
