Showing incredibly well. Very left Bank Bordeaux at the moment. The label is simply amazing — 9 years ago
50/50 Cab/Syrah though the Syrah wins the day. Awesome nose and Palate- minerals, pepper, meat, and jam. Still fresh- love how it's aged. This and Uvaggio remain some of my favorites. Bring em back @Ray Signorello ! — 9 years ago

Dinner with the team at Oenotri Napa from the cellar of my boss Ray Signorello. Beautiful food wine drinking spectacular after 20+ years — 9 years ago
Cali value Bordeaux blend side by side:
Signorello: 34% cab, 33% merlot, 33% cab franc bought for $55
Julsyn: 38% cab, 37% merlot, 23% cab franc, 2% petit v bought for $60
Justin: 77% cab, 11% cab franc, 9% merlot, 2% petit, 1% malbec bought for $75
I think the Signorello wins nose and palate. Tons of brambly fruit (94). Almost a dead heat with the Justin (93). The Juslyn was way outgunned (90). @S.R.Alexander says 93 Justin, 91 for the Signorello and Juslyn. Justin was an -05. The others -09. — 9 years ago

Meursault like. Restrained nose, explosive acidity and lemon lime fruit with endless minerality. Damn, son. A gorgeous wine. — 10 years ago
Last night on the Allure of the Seas and this bottle was just a baby.
Deep ruby red with some garnet too. Dark nose with spices, dark berries, black currants, cassis and purple flowers. Heavy and rough tannins (8/10) with a medium plus to full body. A little rigid on the palate even with some time. Dark cocoa, some earthiness and cassis on the palate. A touch bitter too with lots of minerality in the long finish. This bottle needs a couple years before trying again in order to smooth out a bit and fill out that mid palate. Will easily gain a point or two with time. Drink from 2019 till 2035. Ridiculous wine that is still filled with life #signorello national sales meeting — 9 years ago
This is a value brand by Ray Signorello. 89% cabernet sauvignon, 8% cabernet franc and 3% merlot. Blackcurrant, cedarwood and a touch of vanilla. Ripe black fruit, but not jammy. Nice acidity and tannic structure that needs a few years to soften up. Very good value for a Napa Cab at 25 euro. — 9 years ago

Beautiful at 22. — 10 years ago
Very dark golden color, super complex long finish ...like a premier cru Chassagne Montrachet — 11 years ago

Big and bold, deep purple in color with a fruity nose. Cherries, currants, some wild flowers, great balance, nice vanilla/caramel finish, great wine, and my last bottle. — 8 years ago
