Smooth, firm mature, orange peel, anisette, leather. Medium bodied. Brick red. After being kept in fridge 2 weeks still smooth, dark plums, seville orange. — 6 years ago
Had this in Spain at the fancier tapas place in Seville. Tom liked it. — 8 years ago
Bought a bottle at a little ham and cheese boutique in Seville. Goes really well with some Iberian uncured ham with a baguette. — 8 years ago
☄️ Yup, nice. Not your typical Aussie Shiraz. Big nose, but drinks like a cooler PN. Blackberry bush and creek bed. — 9 years ago
This is an awesome wine for the price. Love it! Tastes like I'm chilling with the barber of Seville on a balmy Saturday eve. The color is elegant and the nose is nice n floral. It's very fun! — 10 years ago
I bought this wine in Toledo during my UCL trip in Spain because I saw many restaurants in Seville, Toledo, & Madrid have this wine in menu and on display.
Dark & fresh ruby red color with very nice aromas of red cherry and cool herbs on the nose. Full-bodied together with savory flavors of ripe & fresh red cherry, vanilla-mocha, and spicy tobacco on the palate. Conplex & strong structure, nice & solid tannins, and reasonable length on the finish. Perfect wine to pair with iberico & cheese. — 7 years ago
Great fruit, a good amount of oak. Would like to see how things integrate in a few years, but still tasty nonetheless. — 8 years ago
Cellar reorg discovery. Aging unintentional, but this bottle tempting me to start. Seville orange & fresh green herbs thing going on. Nicely done @Steve Matthiasson! — 9 years ago

Smoke, flint, cherries, Seville orange, dried apricots. Deep and rich fruitiness along with mouth watering acidity and well integrated tannins. Great after taste. Time has made everything come together very nice in this bottle. — 8 years ago
Wow! Great wine. Drinking amazingly well right out of bottle. One of the best wines. Amazing value for the money! Perfect example of great wine does not always equal nose-bleed pricing! €51 in Eslava, Seville (paired beautifully with the leg of lamb). 7/5/17 — 8 years ago
Grapefruit and stone fruit with mineral and wet stone on the nose. Some stone fruit coming through in the flavor. Good. Nice finish. Not much as far as citrus flavors are concerned. Quaint. — 9 years ago
