A little bitter aftertaste, and the taste of the stainless steel left this Chardonnay a little lacking. 2018 vintage in November 2021. It has a crisp taste. Did not pare as well with seafood or poultry, as other Chardonnay’s. — 4 years ago
Nice medium body and a smooth finish that lingers nicely for just a bit. — 6 years ago
Rather liked this one. Drake it at the bar at the Wine Steward and brought a bottle home. — 7 years ago
E' buono, ma troppo dolce anche secondo mia moglie. A I miei amici piece bere con ghiaccio. L'ho trovato a Costco. — 9 months ago

All the Barolo wines are delicious. The Tre Amici is art in a bottle. Very good finish and loved by all my dinner guests. Definitely buy this wine. — 7 years ago

Dark fruit aromatics, tastes of pepper, cigar box, currant, with a wonderful velvet finish that lingered for a while. — 6 years ago
An evening spent with John Harris of Amici Cellars. Passed Hors d'ouevres, a 4-course dinner, and some delicious wines.
Passed Hors d'oeuvres: Salmon, beets, sorrel, rose water, raspberry and pink peppercorn. Paired with the 2017 Rosé Côtes de Provence. (Hors d'ouevres not featured in photo. The food in the photo was the final course comprised of mignardis served with the Côtes de Provence, as well.) — 7 years ago

A very expressive Chardonnay from a single vineyard in Sonoma considered one of the top sites in California. Powerful but not overwhelming on the nose and palate. Shows its multiple tropical fruit notes on both nose and palate. Since it’s 100% barrel fermented with native yeast and full of malolactic, it provides a great level of complexity. The creaminess is balanced and has some weight to it. Long finish and pleasant mouthfeel with a great texture. A show stopper!
