Bright Dolcetto with good tannins and nice savory body. Cranberry, cherry, mineral, light tobacco and prune. From Flatiron Wines. — 6 years ago
A real Barolo with real acidities and tannins. The surface is sleeker than Fenocchio or Borgogno but is not over-polished. 2014 has more energy than 2011, 2012 and 2013, almost matches 2010 but not as balanced. — 7 years ago
I'd say this turned out pretty well @Riccardo Campinoti... — 9 years ago
First time with Freisa. At 14.5 ABV it was a bit darker and heavier than I was expecting, based on what I've read about this grape. It was still a really good bottle, though, with flavors of red and black fruit, and some clove too. Would like to try this grape again from a different producer. 100% Freisa. 6/5/23. — 3 years ago
