Savory start to dinner. Light yet oily and easy to drink. Sitting right on the fence between light citrus sauv blanc and the fatter less fruity versions of Viognier. Perfect preparations for socializing and wood fired fish dishes. Liquid grace. She's quiet, smooth, enlightened, and relaxed. Nothing too strong or too weak about her. Nice thickness for a dry white wine. Beautiful light yellow with green reflection. Obvious Lemony with smells of grapefruit and slight apricot. Great with salmon, oysters shell fish — 10 years ago
Pinot Gris. Really fresh — 10 years ago
Bright fruit, great minerality and salinity paired well with a dozen oysters from Normandie, Bretagne and Oleron, langoustines and urchins. — 10 years ago

Nice little SB! — 12 years ago
Very good white wine. Dry and fruity but not too much of either — 12 years ago
Super rich and ripe with perhaps a touch of botrytis. Very unusual to taste a SB this ripe but then 2009 was a screaming hot vintage. — 13 years ago
Great white wine — 13 years ago
Lovely wine for cheese (hard cheese such as tome de Savoie, gruyère or Appenzell or soft goat cheese). A dry wine with a first acidic attack but then is very round and full of citrus aromas. It is rather thick despite its very clear and light Yellowstone color - do not be fooled, it of a 13° vol which is quite powerful. I smell mostly grapefruit and almond. Very nice wine for such a reasonable price (14€ in France). Vive la France! — 9 years ago
A must taste!! One of the best SB i ever tasted! — 10 years ago
Ducked agrumes flavours, coing jam and straw. Good acidity. A little greasy with a nice acidity and a nice finish. Elegantly balanced. — 10 years ago
