Lovely wine for cheese (hard cheese such as tome de Savoie, gruyère or Appenzell or soft goat cheese). A dry wine with a first acidic attack but then is very round and full of citrus aromas. It is rather thick despite its very clear and light Yellowstone color - do not be fooled, it of a 13° vol which is quite powerful. I smell mostly grapefruit and almond. Very nice wine for such a reasonable price (14€ in France). Vive la France!
