Lovely wine for cheese (hard cheese such as tome de Savoie, gruyère or Appenzell or soft goat cheese). A dry wine with a first acidic attack but then is very round and full of citrus aromas. It is rather thick despite its very clear and light Yellowstone color - do not be fooled, it of a 13° vol which is quite powerful. I smell mostly grapefruit and almond. Very nice wine for such a reasonable price (14€ in France). Vive la France! — 8 years ago

Concentrated yet subtle fruit: black currant, black olive, raspberry. Pretty nose: bruised rose petals, wet earth. Dense and velvety at the same time keen, balanced and refined. Showing what old Grenache vines can do 👌🏻 Would expect no less from a partnership between the Bruniers & Kermit Lynch. Enjoyed at the very spot where they plotted the purchase of the domaine. Would love to revisit 5-10 years. Sensational. — 5 years ago
