Very fine light bubbles, light golden pale color. Apples and butter on the nose, creamy mouth texture and finish. Subtle apple and pear notes. Exceedingly well balanced. — 4 months ago
Delicious yeasty dry Champagne tasting of brioche and apple. The bubbles had just the right amount of Champagne mouthfeel. A great value at $65. — 6 months ago

Good tannins and quite a bit of acid, along with a rich dark plummy taste. Great value for $15 — 7 months ago

2015 vintage. Hoo boy, is this delivering! Bigger tannins and more concentration throughout. Still a baby tho. Park it at a subterranean level in the cellar for a 15-20 spot. If you just gotta drink it in the next half-decade, you're best off decanting at lunchtime for dinnertime presentation. 5.1.24. — 15 days ago
