Too young but still great — 7 years ago
Very tasty 07 Spring Mountain Cabernet. Aaron Potts own label, you may also know some of his other consulting projects like Quintessa, Blackbird, Bello. This is dense and concentrated, loaded with dark fruits, spices, coffee and chocolate. Rich and Voluptuous all the way through. — 10 years ago
This is drinking really nicely right now. Much more subtle and less in-your-face than many new-world Viogniers tend to be. Sort of has the body and palate weight of a nice Chardonnay, but the flavors are more in the floral and lime range. Very refreshing yet complex enough to reward some real contemplation. — 6 years ago
Velvety smooth. Very fruity. Blackberry. Rich. — 7 years ago
Black raspberry, black currant, and a little something...smokey (?) at the end. Quite a long finish. Exceptional. — 7 years ago
Busted this bottle out a while back! Probably in my top 5 wines I have had in recent years. St. Ralph The Liar is a great name too! Dark Fruit for days!!! This was a great 2007 Howell Mountain! — 10 years ago
Another Hattori Hanzo. Yippee — 10 years ago
Stones and flowers. Bright red and blue fruit. Intense. Viscous. Long. — 6 years ago
Sitting in SHANGHAI , with smuggled Aaron Pott wine, 3rd bottle of the night after an Entre Nous and and Alpha Omega cab. Can life be any better? An Aaron blend that touches all the bases. No dairy farmer daughters have been harmed in this review. — 7 years ago
Big, powerful Cabernet. Youthful and delicious. — 10 years ago
